DomainStat.us is a domain management dashboard that allows you to view domains from multiple registrars in one place. The service connects to registrar APIs using credentials you provide to fetch and display your domain information.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Registrar API Credentials

To use the service, you may connect domain registrar accounts by providing API credentials. You represent that you have the authority to use these credentials and that your use complies with the respective registrar's terms of service.

We recommend using API credentials with read-only permissions where possible. You are responsible for the security of your API credentials and should revoke them if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Use credentials that you do not have authorization to use
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service depends on third-party registrar APIs which may experience outages or changes outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

DomainStat.us is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to issues with domain management, registrar API errors, or data inaccuracies.

We do not manage your domains directly. Any actions taken on your domains must be performed through your registrar's official interface.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
